Comfortable bed and sofa, great shower, decent TV, an ok location for near transport route's, great kitchen area, good heating, friendly staff easy to speak to.
No cleaning supplies had to buy our own, no frying pan for cook your breakfast, ended up having to buy one, whenever you flush the toilet a weird knocking noise comes from unbove, no door handle to close door when going out it was very annoying to close it each time, no bell working when first arrived so I had to call to be let in, bathroom was very small.

Comfy bed and spacious place. Good location where we wanted to go with no more than an hours travel to the sites.
The floor was dirty, crumbs and dirt throughout. Very dusty, could see the cob webs and dust in plants, in frames and the floor.
The light dimmer switch was broken so difficult to turn on and off, and the shower was leaking water somewhere by the glass panel as there was water all over the floor.
