Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber, und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Einrichtung hat mir sehr zugesagt – schlicht, aber sehr angenehm und einladend.
Am Anreisetag haben wir teilweise Nachrichten anscheinend vom Chatbot erhalten, was zu kleinen Missverständnissen geführt hat. Sobald dies jedoch bemerkt wurde, haben Sie persönlich reagiert und sogar telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Das war sehr positiv und hat uns gefreut.

We loved the place so much!
A few minutes walk from the train station and right in the middle of the beauty of old Avignon.
Plenty of room for our family.
The three flights of stairs were hard to get the suitcase up.

Very close to the main area, we were able to walk to the Palace of the Popes . There were lots of places to eat and buy supplies.
Close to the central train station and the bus stop from the other train station.
It was very quiet.

L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et plutôt confortable (literie + douche + climatisation) ; nos hôtes ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions via Booking.
Nous avons été déçus par rapport aux photos de l'annonce qui sont très avantageuses. La rénovation semble un peu bâclée et de modeste qualité, tout comme l'ensemble du mobilier et des aménagements. Une succession de petits détails viennent ternir la bonne impression donnée par l'annonce sur Booking, avec le sentiment que tout est "au rabais". A noter aussi que le logement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et que sur 3 chambres, 2 seulement sont climatisées. Enfin, une odeur assez désagréable (venant du lave-linge ?) flotte dans la pièce principale.
