Fantastic place. Not sure when it was built, but it felt brand new. Wonderful kitchen and living space. So much fun for the family and our dog had a blast. Really appreciated the communication as well. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was so convenient and economical. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for our family summer vacation, close to the beach and just minutes away from Moody Gardens, etc. It was beautifully designed and decorated. Super Easy to check in and check out on line. Private parking made it easy to unload/load. The kitchen had all new appliances and extremely well stocked with everything needed to cook with, even the seasonings. Soaps and cleaners were also available in the kitchen and bathrooms. Big washer and dryer available. A coffee bar area was set up with a Ninja coffee maker for coffee pods and coffee pot for brewing. The bedrooms were a great size and each with entrance to a balcony, had plenty of storage for unpacking and a variety of sleeping arrangements. TVs in all bedrooms. Our 6 year old great grandson loved the bunk beds!The backyard was fenced and great size for kids and pets to safely run and play. Our toddler great grandson loved the mini golf course and soccer area. All in all, it was a very safe and relaxing environment. The only drawback for us older folks was the steps but once up, it was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

This property was set up perfectly for any beach day adventure and more. The fenced in back yard put our mind at ease as the kids ran around playing mini golf or chasing the pup around the yard. Beautiful layout inside and out, we will be back again next summer. Host were beyond amazing and made our stay effortless, thank yall for that.

This VRBO home is beautiful! Everything was perfect. we enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and 3 kids. A/C was on point! Plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. Indian Beach is close enough if you want to walk but we drove just a few minutes and parked on the beach. I do recommend bringing mosquito spray. There are a lot of huge mosquitoes on the lower level. Especially if you bring a dog. The outdoor area is fun for kids and dogs but the mosquitoes were crazy. When you’re outside on the deck upstairs, they’re not a problem so sitting outside watching the sunset was nice! We would definitely rent this place again!
