About this house rental

Recently renovated 2nd row beach house is over 2900 square feet! Beautiful ocean views and beach access is just one house down! You'll love the gameroom upstairs with a TV and gaming unit for the kids and kids at heart. Spacious rooms and renovated baths, all the kitchen amenities you need plus a huge deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunset! Nearby grocery and restaurants give you the feel of island life, yet just 15 minutes from tourist attractions including Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn!

House is spacious and well appointed. Easy to accommodate a family group of different ages. And location to beach involves just a few steps. Host was communicative and helpful.

Only disappointment was the damage, the property manager text me about two hours before arrival time to tell us that there was damage that had not repaired, flapping tarps were very noisy at times. The property was one of the best stocked vacation homes I’ve stayed in .
