About this house rental
Holiday home in Lumsås in the 1st row with sea views to the Kattegat from both house and plot. The cottage is located in the outermost row to the water in a quiet and scenic area high at the end of a cul de sac and with steep stairs to the beach. The house contains a large room with a double bed, two rooms with a single bed and from the entrance hall there are stairs to a large, bright loft with a double bed. The view of the water can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining and living room or the covered terrace. It is not possible to get to the house with very large cars, motorhome or caravan. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity, The house had plenty of space for us, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, We loved the peaceful surroundings and being so close to the beach, which was just a short drive away, WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it wasn’t a big deal for us, Overall, a cozy spot to unwind and relax, Would definitely come back!

The house is spacious and very clean, We found everything we needed for our stay, It’s also conveniently located near Aasløkke Kro for a quick meal, which was a nice bonus!
