About this house rental
Elegant vacation home with a unique view. The house is nice and bright and the light falls fantastically through the large windows of the living room. Kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove to sit together. In the house there are bathroom and two bedrooms, and more sleeping places in the annex, which you reach through the open terrace. Just relax here and enjoy the sunny days on the terrace. In the evenings, you can then light the barbecue while you watch the peaceful sunset. If it's a bit colder, you can retreat to the living room afterwards without having to miss the beautiful view. Make yourself comfortable around the fireplace, read a good book or read to the kids and tell sailor's yarns as it slowly gets dark. You can hardly ask for more. Close to the house there is a bathing jetty and a volley court in the summer. Vollerup is a beautiful, quiet cottage area with a bathing beach to the bay of Sejerø near Røsnæs, where there are also particularly many nature areas. It is not far to a golf course in a beautiful location, and it is a few kilometers to Kalundborg with good shopping, cozy cafes and restaurants. Experience there the narrow streets of the medieval town with preserved half-timbered houses and cobblestones. An ideal place for a day out for the whole family. Here you can also expect an exciting pedestrian zone and a beautiful old town with an old church. The peninsula of Reersø is also an experience, and it is best to simply walk around the approximately 9 km of the island. In the eastern direction (Zealand) you can expect three beautiful wetlands, Flasken, Skiften and Vejlen, where there are wading birds, ducks and exciting flora. In the western direction there are high dunes and especially good opportunities for anglers. The island is also known for its many tailless cats. From here it is also hardly more than 100 km to the many sights of the capital Copenhagen.
