The property was ideal for us, staying one night and attending a concert in town. The location is great for walking into town. The online listing says the property sleeps 6. This is definitely not the case. There were 5 of us and my friend had to sleep on a small, hard leather sofa, with no sheets. This was supposed to unfold into a sofa bed, I assume, but it was broken. There was spare bedding but with no quilt cover or pillow cases, very unhygienic.
Overall, it was fine for what we needed for 1 night, but it definitely only sleeps 4 and the beds are tiny.
On the surface it looked clean, but was not clean behind the sofa or under the beds. It could do with a deep clean, but generally it was ok. It did have everything we needed.
Would I book it again? Yes probably, if it was just 4 of us.
Overall it's a nice little house in a good location, but nothing fancy.
