The property was clean, private, and well-maintained. It felt more like a privately owned home than a traditional hotel, which added to the overall comfort and privacy. All necessary amenities were available, and the space can comfortably accommodate four to five guests. Communication with Andrew and his team was excellent throughout, making the stay smooth and hassle free.

Adjacent to a walk along Hamworthy Beach and Ham Common's stunning heathland scenery. Comfortable, clean and warm. Accessibility was great for my daughter's needs. A great base for the Poole Harbour bird watching boat cruises, 10 minutes down the road.

2nd time here! We love it here! Hosts are amazingly welcoming! Its so spacious for our family of 5, the children love the garden and all the play equitment, the beach is beautiful and will be back in the summer!!!! Thank you again xx
