13 Sunset Terrace, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with seating for six guests, and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, 1.4 miles a pub, 0.4 miles a river, 0.6 miles a beach and 0.7 miles a lake. Sorry, no smoking. All of this awaits at 13 Sunset Terrace. The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips.
