Good location outside of town by olive groves and very close to villa adriana. Interesting, characterful building. Very clean. Host was really helpful.
Tiny kitchen- found it difficult to cook. Cleaners waiting out side for us to leave property- felt pressured to leave. Difficult to get a larger car in and out of property

It looks like a room of the former guard of the villa’s gates. Now villa is guarded by three big dogs, that can’t be switched off and bark any time they want 24/7. The entrance to the parking through the side garden gates wasn’t for our bmw 3 touring due to its low clearence (ride hight), so we’ve had to park it on the road before the gates. Internet connection and speed were unstable, but the host will manage with it for sure.

Posizione comoda per visitare Villa Adriana, piccolo bilocale carino, dotato di ripide scale di accesso esterno e di scale interne, posto su due livelli.
Gentilezza delle persone deputate alla gestione della struttura.
Rubinetto della cucina non funzionante, sciacquone del water perdente acqua, entrambe le problematiche sono state risolte in serata; presenza di due cani da guardia della proprietà che sono risultati molesti, abbaiavano mostrando i denti e con bava alla bocca ogni qualvolta si usciva di casa. Segnalati gli inconvenienti a Booking.com che ci ha rimborsato parzialmente della spesa del soggiorno.
Forse con un po più di attenzione e di cura la struttura potrebbe migliorare l’accoglienza.
