Nice studio apartment with open plan, lots of windows. Low-traffic neighborhood on a block of large apartment buildings. Bathroom fine, good small kitchen with cookware but no extras like oil or coffee. Second floor with large balcony. Spacious, comfortable room with table and chairs, though it got warm overnight with shutters closed; there is no fan. Overall, a fine place for a few days in Lausanne.
Minimal contact with host, possibly distant, though we didn't encounter any problems.

Super clean and large apartment. Great location since we planned to travel by train to other destinations. Short walk to the train station (about 10 minutes). Everything works well, fast response from the management of the apartment to all our questions. Balcony with a view of the lake.
Coming from North America, we are used to air conditioning. That is not common in Switzerland and the weather was unusually hot. However the apartment has good shutters and I suppose the hot weather does not last for long. In any case, air conditioning was not expected, since it was not advertised.
