The property is absolutely charming, with traditional style evident in every detail. Staying here is truly an experience in itself. Also, the village (Anavatos) is the most picturesque village on the island!
It’s not the property’s fault, but there are quite a lot of wasps in the area, which can be a bit annoying as it makes it harder to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces - except in the evenings.

There is a tavern in the center of the village. It is a great place that serves practically from 0900 to 2100, so you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A very friendly family runs the tavern.
The pavement of the road from Avgonyma to Anavatos needs some maintenance. Stones rolled onto the paveway could be dangerous for vehicles.

Le cadre authentique et particulier du "village" par son caractère historique.
L'accueil très chaleureux de Effie et de sa maman.
La qualité et le charme de l'hébergement.
Une expérience originale à ne pas manquer pour ceux qui aiment sortir des sentiers battus. Il faut juste prévoir ses provisions, car il n'y a aucun commerce sauf un petit restaurant pas toujours ouvert.
Nous avons tout simplement adoré.
