Renaissance villa with terrace & garden

オーナーさんが親切。到着が著しく遅れたのにテラスで待っていて、夜だったのにスーパーやレストラン （食べ終わるまで！）付き添ってもくださる。追加のもの等快く対応。 最初間借りしている人たちが少しうるさかったが、翌日即座にしっかりと対応していただけた。また、15世紀の建物でモーツァルトやスウェーデンのお姫様が泊まった場所だと言うのも大変興味深い。広い部屋にて肖像画に見守られながら眠り、キッチン、洗濯機もある、テラスからの眺めも素敵。

遮光があまりできていなくて6時起きに。テープをくださって少し改善。シャワーの水が流れなくて水溜まりの中浴びていた。 両方とも今後改善される雰囲気。

Fantastic location and full of original character with high ceilings and a huge terrace overlooking the marina.

It’s in need of some renovation really, especially the bathroom which is very tired.

Emilija and Filip are great and welcoming hosts. They accommodated all our needs, from arranging airport transfer to storing our luggage till the time we boarded our ferry. The villa is nice and spacious and the gardens around it are absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent to catch a bus to old town Dubrovnik and also board the ferry which was important for us. Highly recommend!

Foi uma experiência interessante, porque se trata de facto de um antigo palácio, mas com vários problemas, desde logo o facto de um dos quartos ser também a cozinha, onde há uma botija de gás, para o fogão. A casa de banho é pouco agradável e a cozinha precisava de uma boa limpeza. Durante a noite alguém fumava nos quartos próximos e havia um intenso e desagradável cheiro a tabaco. A localização é bastante boa, perto de autocarros que nos levam para o centro antigo em poucos minutos, e tem um terraço muito agradável, com vista para a marina. Com mais investimento por parte dos proprietários tem tudo para ser um bom alojamento.
