Villa Astra

I stayed two nights in the brand new appartement, which is very spacious and has everything you need and it was very clean. The shower has very good pressure. The location is in a calm area, very central in Dubrovnik (like if you also want to go to Lapad / the harbour/ the old town), you can reach all areas by walking (20-30 minutes) or by taking Bus No 4 (Station “Chocolina”, yes, no joke 😅) which is only a minute a way. The bus takes you in 5 minutes to the old town. I recommend to take at least one time walking as the scenery is getting very nice. For grocery shopping I can recommend “Tommy” which is a bit more to the harbour area but worth if you want get really everything, Konzum does work as well. Note: Be ready to take steps and walking up / down hill, but this counts for almost all areas in Dubrovnik.

I recommend putting another blanket in front of the door to keep light outside, but this is rather a tip instead of weakness.

Alen the owner was great ! Amazing communication and very helpful. The rooms was a little big bigger that we expected. The transport was also very close to the place. And is just 25 min walking from the old town.

The bathroom a little bit more small than normal

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Plenty of light sources inside provided plenty of choice. The bed was large and comfortable. The bedding was nice and clean. The location was good—close to the main road, but still around the corner, so it was quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind. We had a very enjoyable vacation. I'm pleased to give it the highest rating.

The host was very friendly. Was very quick in solving the WiFi issue. Gave us some recommendations for things to do and eat in Dubrovnik. Flexible check in and checkout.

Bathroom could have a dustbin. Hot water got over in 3-4 mins even though the shower switch was on all the time.
