The location was convenient for accessing shops on the outskirts and not too far from the city centre. All the rooms had excellent en-suite facilities and the property was very clean.
Could have benefitted from having shelves in the oven. Air frier was provided instead. If I am nitpicking, having some additional cutlery would have helped as there was just enough for us to eat with little spare to use for food prepping. We just had to keep washing and rinsing as we went. Would have liked a few extra pillows for the beds.

Although quite small, the room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and decorated and furnished to a high standard. There was convenient off-road parking at all times. There was plenty to do within easy walking distance. The property was quiet and peaceful at all times.
The property description, very confusingly, said "each room includes private bathroom, kitchenette, washing machine and TV. Additional amenities include a dining area, work desk and soundproofing." Our room did have private bathroom and work desk. The kitchen facilities (cooker, fridges, food cupboards, washing machines etc) and dining area were communal to be shared with other guests. This is obviously student accommodation - and of a high standard too, but not for us - had we known this we would not have booked this property. On holiday we enjoy cooking and dining in our own private space. Also, there was no TV but that was no problem at all.
