Great location and communication with Andrew. Early check in much appreciated, milk and biscuits a nice touch. Parking was good, driveway quite narrow but great to have. Good facilities overall
Pathway to front door is quite degraded and when wet is a significant slip hazard. Could do with some repair. Beds are 2 singles pushed together which is fine, but a mattress topper would have made the ridge less obvious.

Everything worked well. Washing machine + dryer helped a lot. Parking was easy. Dishwasher was available.
