There was a delay or more of about an hour. Local postwoman did not lots of calls on my behalf as my mobile did not work in Italy. She was a gem.
Agents could have been waiting at property between 12.00 and 13.00 as requested - since I arrived at 12.30pm. They did not state the number of the property - which is 9 on Booking.com - so I confused it with the postcode thinking I would have to walk up endless steps. I am asthmatic. Fortunately, I was rescued by the local post woman delivering mail who made several calls on my behalf. Fortunately, the owner turned up later in the day, and organised for the hot water and electricity to be put on properly which happened straight away.

Een mooi schoon appartement met alles erop en eraan. Fijn bed en een heerlijk terrasje met een tafel, 4 stoelen, 2 ligbedden en een knikarmscherm en parasol. Vlakbij het gezellige centrum van Portofino. En met een mooie - zei het wel krappe - plek voor onze auto in de garage.
Om bij het appartement te komen moest je wel 20 treden omhoog, dus niet geschikt voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen.
De prijs per nacht was fors.

The appartement is beautiful decorated, close to the harbour and has a nice sunny terrace. The host is super kind and caring.
