L'appartement est vraiment très joliment aménagé. La situation géographique est parfaite, à 1 minute de la Piazza del Popolo et du lac, en pleine rue piétonne. J'y retournerai assurément!

Excellent location in Arona. Traditional authentic feel. Comfortable bed.
The process of obtaining the key needs to be improved. The code should be sent to the guest on the morning of arrival, regardless of arrival time. Whilst the manager/owner did help us, the situation could have been avoided. Also the situation with the gate at night should be clarified.
There was also a misunderstanding about needing the sofa bed and the cleaner had not set this up and it still had previously used bedding on it. Again, we were helped to locate clean bedding etc, but it could have been avoided.

Il cancello per rientrare la sera era chiuso e la chiave non funzionava, sicuramente a causa de freddo.
