Villa Motti Quadri

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by greenery. Complete comfort for a group of 5 people. Large space, convenient kitchen, cleanliness, 2 bathrooms and amazing view. Great sleep. The owner is attentive and kind.

We had an unpleasant surprise at the beginning of our stay. It seems there was a mistake and we didn't get the lockbox code. But everything was resolved :)

posizione splendida in un contesto tranquillissimo, alloggio spazioso e pulito, ottime le rifiniture, servizi all'altezza parcheggio comodo all'interno della struttura, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in 2 coppie e la sera cenavamo in casa. E' stata una esperienza piacevole. da tenere in considerazione per un futuro ritorno anche perchè in 3 giorni ci siamo lasciati indietro altre esperienze. Host discreto e disponibile. Bravo.

secondo me fornirei le lenzuola e asciugamani comprese nel prezzo anche con una piccola correzione e alzerei la qualità della fornitura

Facilità di parcheggio all'interno della struttura, procedura di check-in semplicissima e massima pulizia. Ho apprezzato molto il recente rinnovo dell'arredo, che rende gli ambienti accoglienti e moderni.

It was an amazing view! Easy to check in. The apartment had everything we needed.

The booking site did not tell us, we needed to ask for aircon being turned on by request. So we had to wait two days without. And when it finally was turned on, only one of the four aircons where working. The place is a bit dirty, the sofa in the living room was moldy. The mosquito net at the doors was broken, and the balconies were sticky and paint was coming off. There were no supplies for cleaning, so we bought a lot ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking water from the condenser when it was to hot.
