Great room facilities and very clean. Excellent room for family travelling. Had a clothes dryer, full kitchen with utensils and dishwasher. Nice view of Antwerp and breakfast was better than expected. Would definitely stay again.

It’s located at a very nice location, about 8-10Mins walk to the train station and supermarket and other shops are 4-5 Minutes awayThe staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and filled with everything you would need .

Plenty of secure underground parking although the entrance was a little tight
Lighting in the room could have been brighter and one side access to a double bed isn’t ideal

Location near to railway station and walking distance of city centre. Staff were very helpful.
Car parking limited. Had to park in public parking facility 500mts away. Lack of staff on the evening meant one member covering reception, restaurant and bar. As a result pizza ordered took 3 attempts before it was cooked properly. First one burnt, second one still frozen in the middle, third one ok. Breakfast menu did not include alternative milk eg soya or oat.
