great location in the middle of town with everything at your doorstep. spacious room and easy communication and access to rooms. you can book breakfast a day ahead of time
never met any staff. this is usually fine but there is a city tax you have to pay and it was a bit annoying to figure that out.

There was a mix up in the system for our room and the staff fixed it very quickly. The location is great, in the middle of the old city center with a great view on the cathedral.
The windows/vents didn't seem to close 100% so there was a lot of noise from outside. Earplugs were provided (but I don't like sleeping with those).

The room we had was supposed to be a superior - it was fine but nit superior - although the locatuon and staff are great. other hotels are much better value.
