The villa's privileged position is ideal for a regenerating seaside holiday in contact with the uncontaminated nature of the Montemarcello Park and without giving up comforts.
Thanks to the numerous paths you can reach by foot the most beautiful beaches of the coast, the ancient villages of Tellaro and Montemarcello and make beautiful hiking in the park, even by MBK.
A few minutes by car you can find supermarkets and typical restaurants.
The art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Genoa are easily reachable and can be visited in a day. Possibility of renting boats and dinghies to explore the coast with its beaches and pristine coves.
The apartment on the ground floor of the villa is ideal for a family, a couple or a small group of friends. Inside the spaces are very large, kitchen open to the living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping area with two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Outside the terrace is equipped for outdoor dining.
In the hottest season the microclimate remains cool and breezy even at night and the air conditioning, however present, is almost never necessary.
The terrace and the garden overlooking the Gulf are available to guests; parking spaces in the shade of the pine trees are next to the entrance driveway.

The very well equipped property is full of charm and has an unique view over the bay of poets. A view you will hardly find somewhere else. Still not everything is as new as the bathroom, but this part of the charm.Speaking of charm I need to mention Riccardo, too. He is a real great host, always engaged to make your stay unique.
