The house has all the modern comforts, but retains the charm and character of its important past. The holiday home part of the Antica Casa Balsari consists of 7 flats on 3 levels, accessed by an external staircase (there is no lift).
The house overlooks the Italian-style garden in a private and refined setting. Guests have the possibility of using the garden, which is shared with the other guests. The garden is Italian-style with ancient camellia trees that create a unique atmosphere in March when they are in bloom.
Guests can use the barbecue, surrounded by a garden of aromatic plants and tables for eating al
