About this house rental
This house of 200m2 located in a raised and closed garden of 1000 m2 offers you a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Consisting of a large living room and 4 bedrooms, it has an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as an independent WC. An independent studio constitutes the fifth bedroom and includes a third bathroom.
The garden and the covered outdoor terrace allow you to make the most of your vacation.
The garden, very well exposed, offers you shade for a nap or the sun for a tan. Garden furniture and barbecue await you.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars. Located in a very quiet hamlet there is no problem of traffic, noise or parking.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the most beautiful Italian lakes (Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Lugano, Lake Como) and mountain walks ( Val Grande National Park). Milan is only 1 hour by car or 2 hours by train, Turin an hour and a half by car.

Reservation conditions:
- Security deposit of 500 euros to be returned on arrival when the keys are handed over.
- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events out of respect for the neighborhood and property.

Beautiful property, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is excellent and the local area is stunningly beautiful.
Fully equipped kitchen, nice dining tables outdoors and inside, comfortable. Swimming beach and bars/restaurants 5 minutes walk away; a couple more cafes a few minutes further.
Easy vehicle access to the property from the main road (it's before the road becomes one-way, so you don't need to go the long way around by the beach).
Cerro is a pleasant village, but doesn't really have much of a shop (some essentials are available at Non Solo Caffè); Laveno-Mombello has all commerces including two supermarkets (Tigros, Coop).
Things to note: Varese has a strict recycling program, some things are collected every other week.
WiFi connection to your device is decent, but very slow connection to internet - no streaming, slow browsing.
Washing machine is in the separate garage annex building - no noise in the main building but audible in the annex bedroom. Bring insect repellent in the summer.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit Garten, fußläufig zum See.
Teilweise sind nur temporäre Betten vorhanden, zwei Doppelbetten nur in einer Breite von 140-160cm.
Vermieter verschwiegen vor Reiseantritt, dass das Dach des Studios undicht ist und das Tor zum Grundstück nicht funktioniert. Teilweise ist das Haus und die sanitären Einrichtungen abgenutzt. Sauberkeit und Reinigung könnte verbessert werden.
