Located in the popular Piazza Saint Bon, at the entrance to the pedestrian area and on the main street of the city, the apartment is inside Palazzo Calderai. Entering through the imposing door of this 19th century building and enjoying the view of the internal courtyard, it seems to go back in time.
The structure is located in the lively historic center of La Spezia, 350 meters from the central station from which you can reach the famous Cinque Terre in a few minutes but also other nearby tourist destinations such as Pisa, Florence or Genoa with its typical "carruggi" . Thanks to its advantageous position, with a short walk, you arrive on the city's seafront from which it is possible to go by sea to the picturesque villages of the Gulf of Poets and the panoramic Palmaria island.
Another point of interest in the city is Piazza Cavour, home to the fruit, vegetable and fish market, where every morning it is possible to buy fresh products typical of the area. This square, called Piazza del Mercato by the citizens, is just a 7-minute walk from the hotel and is in the pedestrian center.
The surrounding area is full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies.
