If you are looking for nature, comfort and privacy, the Jagdhaus is the right place for you.
As soon as you reach the newly renovated hunting lodge on the private drive, it is clear that no compromises were made during the renovation. The hunting lodge enchants with its exclusive secluded location and the unique view of the surrounding valley. Surrounded by meadows and forest, you can feel nature in every second and offers you the highest degree of relaxation and complete privacy.
The hunting lodge was built in 1954 in this exposed location and was completely renovated and remodelled in 2022 and 2023. You can enjoy your time with us on 280 m² of living space on three floors. The hunting lodge has an open and luxurious design. You will find a composition of natural materials, high-quality fabrics, antique furniture and modern elements.
The master bedroom and two guest rooms are located on the top floor; all bedrooms have box-spring beds, a seating area and a television. An office has also been set up on the top floor so that you can work in this fantastic atmosphere and still enjoy everything. The upper floor is rounded off by a large bathroom with shower.
After a view of the natural surroundings, you enter the upper floor via the staircase - here you will find a kitchen open to the dining room. The kitchen has all modern kitchen appliances, such as two steam ovens, two warming drawers, induction hob including retractable extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, side-by-side refrigerator including water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the dining room, with a dining room table for 10 people. From there you can go directly to the 60 square metre terrace.
On the terrace you can enjoy a great view of the forest and the newly landscaped garden. You can either relax with a coffee at the large terrace table, which seats 8 people. Or relax in the lounge corner. There is a modern gas barbecue on the terrace for outdoor cooking.
Back in the house, you can also make yourself comfortable in the lounge / living room and light the fireplace at the touch of a button. You can choose between the XXL couch or the armchair lounge with a small bar. Here, too, you can read in peace or watch television if you wish.
On the way to the ground floor, you are welcome to make a detour to the outdoor seating area. A cosy hut atmosphere awaits you here, where you can also enjoy a little break from everyday life.
And not to forget, on the ground floor there is also a hunting room, the large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a drinks fridge. There is also a guest WC with a large washbasin on this floor for when you return from your outdoor activities.
The house is equipped with an iPad that can be used to control and adjust the lighting system, heating, kitchen appliances, fireplace and security. BOSE Sound Revolve is available throughout the house, allowing you to listen to your own personalised music.
The hunting lodge also fulfils the high RC2 security standards. There are 4 cameras that monitor the outside area and an alarm system that secures the windows and doors as well as the interior.
