Your holiday home (village 3, house no. 107) is located in a holiday home park in the North Hessian Highlands.
The holiday home plots are surrounded by their own lawns, the houses are modern and comfortably furnished. There is a fitness trail and hiking trails nearby.
Nestled between the Knüllwald forest and the Fulda valley, the Rotkäppchenland is located in the centre of the North Hessian highlands. The name is reminiscent of the home of the Brothers Grimm and is part of the German Fairytale Route. Numerous well-developed hiking and cycle paths invite you to explore culture and nature, such as the Little Red Riding Hood Country railway cycle path, the Schwalm cycle path and the Fulda cycle path. The Little Red Riding Hood Region is also characterised by a large number of museums, which provide excellent insights into the history of the region and its many special features.
Bad Hersfeld, just 15 kilometres away, is also a highly recommended excursion, welcoming visitors with its magnificent half-timbered old town and numerous spa, cultural and leisure facilities. The abbey ruins are considered the largest Romanesque basilica north of the Alps and are now the largest Romanesque church ruins in the world.

Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Leider ist zu wenig Geschirr für 6 Personen da. 5 x normal Teller 2 x Suppenteller sind einfach zu wenig. Biertrinker müssen auch aufpassen, es gibt nur 1 x Bier Glas.
Die Matratzen aller Betten sind extrem weich. Alle von uns hatten Rücken Schmerzen. Die sollten aus getauscht werden. Wir waren dieses Jahr die ersten Gäste, wurde uns gesagt. In der Kaffee Maschine sowie im wasserkocher war noch Wasser drin. Ein bisschen eklig schon.

De woning opzich is ons goed bevallen, wel vind ik dat er vermeld moet worden dat je een behoorlijk stijl pad naar beneden moet wat voor mensen die slecht te been zijn niet erg makkelijk is. Ook is het jammer dat er Nederlandse TV beloofd wordt en die er niet is.
Verder komen er nog best veel kosten allemaal bij zoals verwarming en internet dus dan all met all best een pittige prijs. Wel heeft de beheerder alles gedaan om dingen op te lossen

Das Haus ist schön und groß. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie es hätte sein sollen. Müll unter der Couch und Dreck und weiterer Müll unter den Betten. Es wurde nur oberflächig sauber gemacht. Zudem war "alles" Geschirr dreckig und Rest der Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger lagen im Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Der Fernseher ging auch erst am nächsten Abend, nachdem ich selbst lange versucht habe ihn zum laufen zu bringen. Als es dann endlich klappte, kam auch der Elektriker *zu spät*.
Wenn man sich etwas mehr müde bei der Reinigung geben würde, ist es ein tolles Ferienziel!
