The hotel was very nice and well kept. The staff was very polite and patient. Our room was a bit small but no complaints there as we were attending a festival and didn’t need a large room for 2.

The hotel check in only told me about holding my card for incidentals. No one told me there would be a destination fee taken by the hotel on top of my confirmation of payment by VRBO. So without any proactive communication on behalf of the check in clerk, only the usual request to hold the card for incidentals that I did. It use, here we are.Also, there was a dirty sock in my room on top of the furnace that didn’t belong to me.
