This couldn't be a better, walkable location to the beach, pier and harbor on Balboa Island. Parking can be challenging, but you just need to plan for that. Overall, it was spacious and clean for a studio. Finishes are not high end and no kitchen, but definitely more comfortable than a hotel room.
