The house is located in the small village of Bonniconlon. It's ideally positioned to get a feel for a real rural Ireland setting. And close enough to get into the larger towns like Ballina and Castlebar/Sligo, etc.
The house has all the facilities you need to keep comfortable and make it your homestead. It's cosy, warm and allows you to dine in and relax after a day out.
We've stopped in the home a couple of times now and I can recommend it. And the hosts are easy to deal with and accommodating, ready for your arrival.
Nothing to not like really. If I'm being pedantic the washer might be ready to be replaced and who doesn't like a dishwasher?

Foot path into village to local shop and pub, only 2 minutes away. We were at a fundraiser and won a prize. There are plenty of local walks around gorgeous trails, beautiful scenery of the countryside. The property has everything a visitor would need. A home away from home. Fully enclosed garden for your dogs, if you have furry friends. Great dog friendly accommodation. Ballina, Belleek Castle, Foxford Wooling Mills, and Enniscrone beach are only a short drive away.

We are return visitors as this property is just perfect for us. It is lovely to arrive in February to a warm, welcoming home..the daffodils were a lovely touch. This is such a good place to stay, convenient for lots of attractions, local shop is handy and there are lots of places to walk our dog.

We had a wonderful stay over at this impeccable cozy rental cottage
The property was sparkling clean and exactly as described. We appreciated the complimentary drinks/snacks etc
The full fibre broadband was also a bonus.
The area was rural and tranquil but not too far away from the town and coastline at Enniscrone.
The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
Would definitely recommend this delightful holiday home
