Stayed with Family, Its close to a beach with a ~12min walk, very clean rooms, and a nice kitchen.

The hosts were very friendly. Great communication before and upon arrival.
The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Some people complained about not having air conditioning in the rooms. We didn't switch on the air con in living room, and just opened the windows at night. There was a nice breeze throughout the apartment which allowed us to sleep very well. The bed in the big double bedroom is so comfy it was difficult to get up in the morning.
Essential toiletries in the bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is well situated, you can easily walk to Puntamika beach. You must take your car to go Zadar Old Town, but as it's easy to park there, that is not a problem.
The terrace is great for meals.
We will definitely be back.

Good size rooms, great location in quiet area near the beach, very helpful host who spoke good English and us great advice on getting into town
