Wir waren für 4 Tage dort. Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am Wald. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal und liebevoll und sehr gemütlich, gute Betten. Bachrauschen vor der Tür und Ziegengebimmel hinter dem Haus sind Schlafmusik. Die große überdachte Grillhütte direkt vor der Tür ermöglicht Grillen und ein Gläschen draußen selbst bei Regen. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Es war perfekt sauber. Wir sind sehr ungern wieder gegangen und kommen gerne wieder.

Jägerlodge is a beautiful two bedroom home in the quaint town of Grainau. It is the last house on a small road before the paths disappear into mountain trails. It's the perfect place to go if you are looking to reconnect with nature and relax or hike in the mountains. We stayed there in July – I expect it's a completely different experience in winter during the ski season. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and friendly. Next time we will stay longer :)

The location is perfect - at the edge of the village with hiking trails right out the door. It’s on the ground floor and we could occasionally hear our upstairs neighbors, but they were very considerate and quiet. Usually, all we could hear was singing birds, church bells, and the sound of the creek right outside.
The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and convenient. Note: there is no microwave and almost nothing in the way of staples was provided. Not a big problem as there’s a nearby grocery store. On the whole, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The hot water did not work when we arrived. It was restored in a few hours after we called the manager, but still it was somewhat inconvenient. The weather was chilly but the radiators never worked, despite asking the managers how to operate them. We were able to stay fairly warm using the portable space heaters provided.
No toiletries were provided except for one liquid soap dispenser (for three sinks). There were no informational materials in the apartment explaining anything (WiFi password, local resources, etc.).
