Tolle Ferienwohnung in ausgezeichnete Lage Nahe der Zugspitze. Die Wohnung hatte alle Komforts für eine Familie, wir waren zu viert und es gab 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit schönem Set und Töpfe usw. zu kochen. Nur die Kaffeemaschine konnten wir nicht benutzen, da wir gemalten Filter Kaffee dabei hatten. Es gab sogar zwei Badezimmer, ein Gäste WC und Badezimmer mit WC, was praktisch ist für Familien. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Service war Top, sehr freundlich, sie haben immer sofort geantwortet und waren unkompliziert, und den Schlüssel zu finden mit dem geteilten Code war unkompliziert so wie das Check-Out.
Die Schilder für die verfügbare Parkplätze, wo es erlaubt ist zu parken, waren nicht sehr klar, vielleicht weil es verschneit war und etwas voll wegen der Faschingsferien.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. In Grainau ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof der der Zugspitzbahn sind in der Nähe.
In der Wohnung gibt es einige kleinere Mängel, die ohne großen Aufwand zu beheben wären. Hier und müsste eine Schraube festgezogen werden usw.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit genug Platz für Kinder. Sonderwünsche nach Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden erfüllt. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt genug Restaurants in der Nähe. Hatten einen direkten Blick auf die Zugspitze! Die GrainauCard (Gästekarte) ist inkl. Damit kann man mit der Zugspitzbahn (Zahnradbahn) unkompliziert bis Garmisch oder zum Eibsee fahren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Türbeschläge und Klinken sind nicht sehr solide. Das selbe gilt für die Zugangstür zum Haus. Da Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden wäre es schön wenn auch ein oder zwei Geschirrtücher vorhanden wären.
