The property was large. beautiful rooms, very homely and tall ceilings. Comfy beds and clean bedding. The little touches like games and stuff is good and tele is good for a relaxing night.
the directions given were a little long as we got dropped off to the property so ended up going round in circles. when we did our own directions etc we found it with ease. it’s on the main road so would say only use there personal directions if your using there £15 car park.
we booked last min so the price was reduced which was good. the plug in the bathroom needs replacing so couldn’t have a bath with no plug. this was a little annoying as we had a young baby.
there was only 1 fork which also was a little annoying. Over all could do with the kitchen being cleaned better before guests arrival and possibly checking smaller details to ensure it’s cleaned to a higher standard. it was nice to sit round the table in the kitchen and have a family dinner ( just needed some cutlery ) .Needed the wifi code but couldn’t find it

Great location for Twickenham, the host is a superb help with logistics and was flexible when we arrived early

Plenty of space
Furniture was comfy and clean
- 4 bedroom house but only 3 sets of cutlery, 2 glasses, 3 mugs so not enough of anything to eat together as a family (2 adults, 4 children).
- although furniture was comfy and clean the walls, radiators, skirting boards...etc were dusty/dirty and mould in the bathroom.
- advertised as a cottage but was more like a house.
- we were woken at 2:30am by banging and children running/screaming in the "cottage" next door.
- couldn't park outside the property unless we paid an extra £15 per night so had to park somewhere else and carry bags and cross a busy road with 4 young children.
- key safe was broken
- front door was very loose so could hear all traffic due to the door not being shut tightly in the frame.
- paid over £200 for 1 night but would say its probably worth £100 a night if that.
