Excellent serviced apartments. As my wife and I travel a lot, it is nice to have a known entity to come back to having tried multiple homes on other sites that never quite fit the bill.
The apartment was a great size, rooms, bathrooms, facilities were all excellent.
We have decided to make this our default accommodation for all trips back to the area. The proximity to Kew village, Richmond and Strand on the Green are all perfect.
Outside of dedicated parking I can't fault the property or the hosts.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is incredibly homey and comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting around via public transport.
The only minor issue was that the utensils were a bit dusty when we arrived, but otherwise, everything was fantastic!

A lovely spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Great living area and kitchen and very good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well equipped. The washing machine was an added bonus. Close to cafes, supermarkets and brilliant transport links for heading into the local towns, as well as travelling into central London.
The bed in the master bedroom could do with being a king-size rather than a small double. But that's more of a personal preference.

Very spacious. Modern , easy access to public transportation.
We had trouble finding the address. Communication with the property was very difficult. The building is in horrible conditions. The apartment has filthy carpet, we were not in the apartment we were promised. I had to ask for a change to another unit because the one the lady assigned was dirty.
