C'est une excellente option pour les couples qui ont une attitude positive à l'égard du tabac. Le quartier est bien desservi par les transports et compte de nombreux cafés. Propre, confortable, climatisation, fenêtres antibruit (un grand soulagement pour cet endroit), plage à proximité, bonne infrastructure.
Les fenêtres doivent donc être fermées si l'on veut passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Les trains ne sont pas gênants mais les voisins peuvent crier dans la cour toute la nuit.

Remek az elhelyezkedése, rögtön mellette bolt, pékség, vasútállomás, 2 perc sétára buszmegálló. Nagyon kis kompakt, jól felszerelt, modern lakás! A késői érkezésünk nem okozott problémát és bármikor tudtuk tartani a kapcsolatot az intézővel, ha kérdésünk támadt.
Rengeteg a hangya, a lakás nagy részét teljesen ellepik. Hiába takarít az ember, és próbálja irtani őket. Napközben szinte sosem voltunk a szálláson, de így is napi 30-40 hangyát nyomtunk össze. A tisztaság lehetne jobb, a kanapéban popcorn darabokat találtunk és nagyon el is volt használva, kényelmetlen volt. Az ágy egy kicsit jobb volt.
