Confort général et propreté +++. Le lieu est lumineux, bien décoré et agréablement agencé. Une cuisine séparée de la chambre, pratique pour ne pas dormir avec le frigo. Proximité du centre-ville et des bus pour les activités autour de Lorient. La machine à laver a été un vrai plus par ce temos exceptionnellement caniculaire.
Le calme annoncé n'était pas exact. On est effectivement à l'abri des bruits de circulation et c'est une très bonne chose! J'ai trouvé certains voisins bruyants qui descendent et montent l'escalier en bois comme des éléphants. Heureusement d'autres sont plus attentifs au bruit.
