The property has three living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. In addition to the 4 x 12.5 m swimming pool, which is operated with salt, there is a covered and heated whirlpool, a sauna and a boules court, and one of the two terraces has a pergola and is equipped with a large plancha or barbecue. This unique region offers a long series of cycling and hiking trails, golf courses, children's playgrounds (10 minutes), go-kart track in Beaucaire (10 minutes), paintball in Avignon, cinemas.
