Lovely warm welcome from owner and host, June. Feels like a real home from home place to stay. Room was spotlessly clean, cosy with very comfortable bed. Quiet location with lovely garden, full of spring flower pots as colour. June is an amazing host, welcoming, friendly and full of tips on places you visit on your interests.

We had a very nice stay here. June is very friendly and helpful (& makes a delicious breakfast. We’re vegetarian and she accommodated our dietary requirements) The room was very clean and tidy. Bed is very comfortable. You can see the care that is given to it.
Lymington is a beautiful place to visit especially when you’re lucky with weather like we were. Try and stay on a Saturday as the market is lovely.
June is very helpful with ideas for places to visit & how to get there.
Stay here is a short walk to the high street and also to the sea wall.
We had a fantastic weekend here and would definitely recommend it.
