A lakás tiszta és modern, továbbá jól felszerelt egy baráti társaság, vagy nagyobb család számára. Külön felhívnám a figyelmet a kilátásra az erkélyekről. A tulajdonos kedves, igyekszik komfortossá tenni az utazást.
-A társasház lakói már az érkezéskor felhívták a figyelmünket rá, hogy többen laknak a házban és ne zavarjuk őket, továbbá azt is nehezményezték, hogy alkoholos italt viszünk fel a lakásba. Így a lakást nem ajánlanám olyan társaságnak, akik hangoskodni kívánnak, de ez a szabályzatban is le van írva. (A tartózkodásunk alatt semmilyen konfliktusunk nem adódott a szomszédokkal)
-Az alsó szinten található hálószobában nincsen légkondicionáló, így zárt ajtó mellett hamar felmelegszik a szoba.
-A nyílászárókon nincs szúnyogháló.

L'appartamento è nuovo e bello e le stanze sono ampie. Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Zara. Non c'è un vero e proprio parcheggio (si può parcheggiare davanti ai garage, ma noi eravamo in due macchine e non c'era spazio per entrambe), ma si riesce comunque a trovare un posto dove parcheggiare la macchina essendo in una zona residenziale.
La doccia al piano superiore con la tenda anche corta non è comoda. Una delle stanze al piano superiore ha delle finestre (quelle di accesso al terrazzo) senza tenda, quindi la mattina entra luce. Soprattutto noi cercavamo un alloggio per 8 persone, ma l'appartamento è da 6 (3 camere con 3 letti matrimoniali). Il presunto divano in soggiorno non è un divano letto, è un semplice divano ad L ed oltretutto c'erano un solo paio di lenzuola singole. Per una notte ci siamo adattati, ma se ci fossimo fermati di più non sarebbe andato bene.

The apartment is renewed, has great facilities, and is comfortable. The hosts are friendly and polite.
It is not in the city centre, however, it is cheap to get an Uber to the city centre.
