Size and value for money
We saw via the reviews ahead of time and didn’t mind it at all but the photos don’t perhaps capture the fact it’s part of a tiny village - easily seen on google maps though.

It was very clean, well equiped with all that we needed. The location was perfect for the event we attended. Plenty of parking.

Homes located on the property close to the house. Although the neighbours were very quiet, it looks very busy when you drive into the property. It would have been nice to understand that this was a share property, especially as the communal toilet is visible from the kitchen window. Supplies avaiable were very good. Lovely sunny living area. Was very suitable for our trip to Auckland, well situated as we attended a Wedding at the Markova Esdtate.
There is a lot of maintenance that has not been done inside and outside the house. one of the single room beds was not very comfortable, which let the property down. Suggest a new bed is purchased.
