Lack of communication from landlord - I needed to email the night before for check in details, and prior communications had gone un-answered.

Received an upgrade when they had double booked us. House was roomy and modern. Bathrooms were lovely. House bordered a large reserve. No aircon but fans in every room.
Limited number of pillows (one per adult) and they were uncomfortable. Curtains in one of the rooms were flimsy and not hung properly. This left a gap and let light in. No bath mat in one bathroom. Needed more towels for 6 people. Fridge smelled of cabbage. Found socks and tissues under the beds.
