Comfortable bed, all facilities were very clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating in relation to leaving luggage etc. no complaints at all.
Only issue was had slight difficulty finding location with post code due to description from accommodation describing a “red trailer” and there was none. But the host greeted us outside the door when we were having difficulty

There was a small mix up with the rooms when we arrived but the hosts were very kind and sorted this quickly. They upgraded us for free so we had the lovely separate room at the back of the property. It was clean, comfy and great location for Harry Potter studios.
The only thing I’d suggest is a kettle and some tea/coffee options in the room but this is very minor.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Easy check in. Room was spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. Close to Harry Potter studios and not far from Watford town centre
No parking but not a huge problem as plenty of free street parking
