L'appartamento si trova in una via del centro storico, quindi è comodissimo se si vuole visitare Viterbo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è provvista di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare (aggiungerei solo dello scottex, della carta forno e del detersivo per la lavatrice). Il parcheggio gratuito più vicino è quello di Valle Faul: è possibile raggiungere l'appartamento o a piedi (dieci Min un po' in salita) oppure con un' ascensore (più altri minuti a piedi). A cinque minuti dalla casa è presente un supermercato Tigre per poter fare la spesa.
