The property is in a good location in the heart of the city and within walking distance from restaurants etc. It is ideal for 2 persons (we were 4, and used the sofa bed in the downstairs living room). Everything quite recently renovated, nice and tidy. Kitchen is well enough equipped for basic breakfast and other easy cooking. We got a breakfast stuff from the pasticceria on Via Cairoli (1 min walk from the property, strong recommendation). Communication with the host was good, we got parking suggestions etc. info we needed.
Not really a minus, but if you arrive with car, the streets are narrow (as in all old towns in Italy), and you can't park for long time in front of the property (loading and unloading is ok). We got a parking place on the piazza near the place (2-3 min walk), so it's really not a problem.

Posizione ottima, estrema pulizia, bell'arredamento in legno, scenografico grande camino. Appartamento molto confortevole e ben riscaldato, con tutto ciò che occorre. La zona è tranquilla ma centrale. C'è la possibilità di lasciare la macchina al parcheggio gratuito di Valle Faul e salire con l'ascensore nel centro storico, abbastanza vicino all'abitazione. Il
sig. Sandro è molto cordiale e disponibile, oltre che rapido nelle risposte. Lo consiglierò a chiunque voglia visitare Viterbo!
Il letto, sebbene bello e originale perché illuminato da sotto, è un po' troppo duro per le mie abitudini. Per le persone anziane, la scala interna potrebbe essere un problema.
Il resto tutto perfetto!

Struttura perfetta, praticamente al centro di Viterbo, tutti i luoghi di interesse sono tutti vicinissimi. Sandro il proprietario della struttura è stato attento ad ogni esigenza, per di più è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Casa ha tutto, utensili per cucinare, caffè. La struttura è pulitissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente e la consiglieremo anche ai nostri conoscenti!
