L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situé (en plein coeur du centre-ville, à deux pas de la cathédrale, dans un très joli quartier de rues pavées très calmes du vieux Le Mans, à proximité des magasins et du tram. Tout à pied !). La gare SNCF est située à 8 minutes de tram. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et dispose d'un couchage de bonne qualité. Je l'ai cependant trouvé un peu sombre car situé au fond d'une toute petite cour assez peu éclairée (ce qui est probablement très appréciable en été car l'appartement doit rester relativement frais). Candice et Paul sont des hôtes très serviables et conciliants ; ils restent vraiment soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires du début à la fin de leur séjour. Merci !
