Joli petit 2 pieces en soupente… charmant… bien équipé ( cuisine, salle de bains) … idéal près de la gare et des rues piétonnes avec grands magasins, à 15 mnts à pieds de la cathédrale et la vieille ville … les propriétaires sont charmants
Le grande porte de l immeuble montre des difficultés a s ouvrir je n ai jamais réussi a entrer avec le code ….. 4 étages à gravir plus un demi étage, bagages lourds à éviter

I stayed in this apartment for more than 10 days, the reception is with an automatic lock and very convenient, the apartment is well equipped and includes a washing machine for those who travel for long periods, the owners were very kind and printed the 24-hours of le mans calendar for me, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, so I would not recommend it for people with reduced mobility, it is 20 meters from a setram station, which is the main form of transport within the city and it arrives directly at the circuit, in addition to being a 15-minute walk from the Le Mans train station, where you can take the TGV to and from Paris, it is a 20-minute walk from the city center where there are small shopping centers and shops, and 50 meters from a supermarket that was well stocked with everything I could need, it was an excellent experience, it is recently remodeled, it has cable TV and internet that works quite well, for two people it is an excellent size, recommended, I would recommend it if you are going for the race or if you want to get to know the city, since you can do both without much walking and quite conveniently.
