Beautifully renovated apartment. Spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring the city. We were able to walk, with wheely bags, from train station.
Six flights of stairs to apartment, no lift.
The system of paying tourist tax online, prior to being given access information, was a bit of a challenge as we were travelling in an area with poor signal. Good points about the apartment vastly outweigh these 2 negatives.

Very nice apartment, spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished. The sleeping area (two bedrooms) is nicely separated by a door and once you pass it, you have a nice walk-in closet and the access to the bedrooms.
Although we did not cook and took all our meals outside, the kitchen is spacious with a large table (no need to eat in the living room which is also very comfy). Balcony is also available (suggestion : a light outside would be useful especially if you need to use the laundry space located at the end of the balcony in a small veranda). The area is quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Vicenza is a little gem ! Should we go back, this apartment would be our choice again.
Nothing, everything OK. A little misunderstanding was immediately solved on arrival. Silvia (apartment's contact) was very reactive.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat ein gutes Design: schöne Farben, komplexes Lichtkonzept.
Wir hatten nur den Eindruck, dass sie nicht besonders gut unterhalten wird. Für zwei Personen ein Handtuch und ein Gästehandtuch, nur ein Bett hergerichtet … nach der Reklamation wurde das bald behoben. Aber der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, es gab nur zwei Töpfe, eine Rollohalterung hing aus der Wand, und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.

We loved the apartment -very modern, swish, great lighting and decor and a terrace. It was fitted out very well -the sofa and armchair in the living room were very comfortable and there was a large dining table as well as a second table in the kitchen. The bathroom was very up to date too. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious with good wardrobes for hanging clothes and individual reading lamps on a flexible cord. All up a delightful haven and pleasure to come back to after visiting the sites of Vicenza.
Getting up the 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift.
