L’appartamento è moderno, pulito. Angolo cottura nuovissimo e funzionale. Si trova in un residence/condominio in una posizione tranquillissima. Nota positiva anche per il balcone con affaccio sul lago di Como, più che suggestivo specie all’alba.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un piccolo disagio riguardante la biancheria da letto. Dopo colloquio con lo staff (disponibile anche in tarda serata) abbiamo risolto tutto nel migliore dei modi.

Die Unterbringung, die Parkmöglichkeit, der Ausblick und die Lage waren sehr gut .
LEIDER war das Einchecken in dieser Unterkunft sehr beschwerlich. Die App, die zur Personalisierung vorgegeben war, war unzureichend funktionstüchtig, die Ansprechpartner waren nicht wirklich hilfreich und manchmal auch unverständlich. Zu all dem einchecken mit Personalausweis etc. wurde obendrein noch eine Videotelefonie vorausgesetzt.
Nichts, desto trotz hat dennoch alles geklappt.
In den letzten zwei Tagen reisten sehr lautstarke Nachbarn an, die unsere Abreise erleichterten.

Taking the ferry is convenient from the town. The 45 degree view of Lake Como is beautiful! (Nearby buildings obscure the full view.) We enjoyed wine on the small balcony for two while viewing the lake. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated nicely. We were able to travel without our rental car (parking is on site.) The town is about three fourths of a mile below the apartment. We could walk to the town center by taking the road for a quarter mile, then a cobblestoned pedestrian walkway/stairs for a half mile into the town center. (Parking in town is really limited!)
An hour after our check in time, the hosts insisted that we use an app (that we didn't have) to video chat with them. We resorted to contacting a Booking.com representative who worked with the hosts to get the gate code and the entry key to our building. The washing machine is in the basement of the building with ropes on the ceiling for drying clothes. The "air conditioning unit" is actually a series of fans. As stated in the apartment information, only one appliance can be used at a time or you may trip the circuit breaker necessitating a trip to the basement to restore power.

En meget fin, ren lejlighed, enkelt og lækkert indrettet med smukke udsigt fra balkonen ud over Como-søen. En sød online receptionist hjalp os med at komme ind på området og parkere bilen, selvom lejligheden ikke var klar
Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Dog var det lidt ærgerligt at lejligheden først stod klar kl 16, når tjek in var kl 15.
