In the quiet of a dead end, a stone's throw from the superb Logéo cove and its typical little port. This charming house is made up on the ground floor of a 60m² living room which will accommodate family and friends, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a WC, a master suite with 160*200 bed, bathroom with WC and office.
Upstairs you will find two sleeping areas, the first with a double bedroom (160*200) and a bedroom with two single beds (80*200), a bathroom with WC. The second sleeping area with a double bedroom (160*200), a bedroom with a single bed (80*200), a bathroom with WC. A mezzanine serving as a living room/playroom for children and laundry room. Outside you can enjoy the house's large garden with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Morbihan. Parking spaces.
End of stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area)
Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant within the limit of €4.30 per person per night.
